Regulatory Permitting Agencies and Processes Necessary for Project Success
With documentation and permitting, the complexity of a project is often not based on size but rather location. With our focused effort on wildfire resilience and fuels management, we understand that this project may not be able to avoid sensitive resources and/or listed species. SWCA’s team is fully capable of providing rapid mobilization for tasks, adaptability throughout the dynamic process, and an increased efficiency with our diverse staff of scientists who have the technical capability and experience in consistently delivering compliant, legally defensible, and clearly written environmental documents and permit applications. If the need for permits is determined, SWCA will work with Butte County to develop project-specific permit tracking and schedules to obtain all permits in a timely manner. A more detailed description of SWCA’s environmental document or permit process follows.
