SWCA will leverage existing relationships and work to identify and strengthen relationships with other key stakeholders critical to the facility’s ongoing operations to build agreements and long-term support for the project. The main role of these collaborators will be to provide a consistent supply and delivery of biomass feedstock; procurement and delivery of feedstock can be challenging and often requires cross-jurisdiction partnerships.
