HomeFed Otay River

Restoration Program 

SWCA is leading the restoration design and permitting for 2.5 miles and over 200 acres in the Lower Otay River Watershed.

San Diego Conservancy-

Habitat Manager

Rocks Biological Consulting provides preserve management and biological services for the San Diego Habitat Conservancy across 33 preserves totaling 2,000 acres.

County of San Diego

Preserve Inventories 

Rocks Biological Consulting provided biological services for three County of San Diego Preserves—the 2,272-acre Sycamore Canyon/Goodan Ranch County Preserve, the 611-acre Escondido Creek County Preserve, and the 690-acre Mountain Meadow Preserve—as well as two County of San Diego–owned properties in Santa Ysabel totaling 752 acres.

San Diego Gas & Electric Environmental

Support Services On-Call

SWCA serves as a prime contractor for SDG&E, managing a large, high-volume, as-needed contract encompassing numerous capital projects and maintenance operations under CEQA, NEPA, and California Public Utilities Commission regulations.
