Permit & Construction Process

Galehead plans to submit 1041 Permit applications for the Grandview and Crow’s Roost Solar Projects (Projects) to Pueblo County in quarter (Q)4 of 2023. Galehead anticipates that public hearings for the Projects’ 1041 Permit applications would be held in Q1 of 2024. Preconstruction biological surveys for the Projects are planned for Q3 of 2025. Detailed engineering and design for the Projects is planned for Q2 of 2024. Construction of the Projects is planned to begin in Q2 of 2026 and be completed in Q4 of 2027. The in-service date for the Projects is planned for Q4 of 2027.
