Site Plan for the MPSC Application

Meeting Information

Walker Road Solar Farm, LLC is planning to apply to the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) for approval to develop, construct, own, and operate a 150-MW alternating current (AC) solar photovoltaic (PV) generation facility located in Bingham Township, Clinton County, Michigan, approximately 1 mile northeast of St. Johns, Michigan, and 6 miles west of Ovid, Michigan. The Project will consist of solar panels and inverters arranged in PV arrays along with associated facilities and infrastructure. The associated facilities and infrastructure include the Project substation, switchyard, operations and maintenance (O&M) building, overhead transmission line to point-of-interconnection (POI), underground electrical cables (collection) to the Project substation, perimeter fencing, temporary and permanent stormwater basins, laydown yards for construction, and access roads to each PV array and the Project substation.

Walker Road Solar Farm, LLC will hold a public meeting to consider public comment on its site plan for the Project:
